We deliver across the UK and Ireland within 2-3 business days. We will always have your order with you as soon as possible.

** Working days are Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Speedy orders placed on a Sunday will be delivered in 2 working days.


- A signature is not required for UK deliveries. You can request for your parcel to be left with your neighbour or in a safe place.

- We are unable to deliver on public holidays, any orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched the following working day.

- The free threshold is only available for tangible goods, if a gift card is purchased with your order, this will not contribute to the free shipping threshold.

- Faulty or Incorrect Item or Received the Wrong Item? Let us know within 30 days of your purchase & we’ll be able to help you better.

- We can only accept returns that are unused & in their original packaging, in the same condition that you received it.

- The customer is responsible for the return costs of the parcel unless the return is because of a fulfilment error. We would recommend using a tracked service as the package remains the customers responsibility until it has been delivered back to us.

- Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from whoever you leave your return parcel with. If your return doesn't reach us and you don't have proof you sent it back to us we won't be able to refund you.

- Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.

- We will only be able to process refunds back onto the original payment method used when placing your order. - We do not offer exchanges as part of our returns policy.

- There will also be certain situations where partial refunds will be given, such as (if applicable) any items returned not in their original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Lastly, in the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated in your tracking details.
